PPI Reclaim Service Launches

We at 123 Debt Solutions have set up a brand new team, working full-time to aid our clients in pursuing complaints of mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance on behalf of our clients.

As of May 2012, our Payment Protection Reclaim department is handling over 1000 complaints on behalf of new and existing clients.

While PPI itself isn't necessarily a bad product, it has been pushed on many consumers without an adequate explanation, without being made aware that the policy is optional or even without their knowledge.

What Qualifies

PPI has been mis-sold on different credit solutions over the past 20 years, and most of our claims come from Mortgages, Credit Cards, Loans or Store Cards/Finance.

Even if the debtor initially agreed to the policy, there could still be a case for mis-selling. We can even challenge a policy that has already been claimed against, if the amount paid in to the policy is more than has been paid out in the claim.


Any policies issued within last 6 to 10 years can be challenged.
