Accredited training continues at 123

July 2014

To compliment the staff members that are in the final stages of their Debt Resolution Forum certified qualifications, all customer facing staff will undertake accredited courses in Data Protection, Compliance, Treating Customers Fairly and Customer Services. Management and team leaders have already completed the courses, and we are happy to report that all have passed! Over the next few months, all remaining staff members will also complete and hopefully pass with flying colours. Staff will obviously grow and develop as a result of their Continued Professional Development (CPD), and this training will also benefit our customers who will receive even better service as a result.
