Packaged Bank Account Reclaim Service is launched

April 2015

123 Debt Solutions and the associated companies launched a new product to the portfolio in April, which is the Packaged Bank Account (PBA) Reclaim Service.

This service is being offered to all clients through Burgess Bowen Financial Services Limited, part of the associated companies to 123 Debt Solutions, and a company regulated by the Claims Management Regulator.

A packaged bank account is one where the individual paid a monthly fee for their account, often for products or services that were useless to the individual, or completely mis-sold.

Burgess Bowen is helping all applicable clients to investigate whether or not this product has been mis-sold. Overall, assuming that there are no unforeseen complications, the process should take between 8-12 weeks, and the regulator has reported that some customers have received over £3000 in compensation from their bank.

Burgess Bowen charges a fee for this service, which is 30% of the amount that they help the individual to reclaim, however, if there is no success with the claim, the client is not charged anything.
