Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Audit Report Response

October 2015

In July and August 2015 an audit of regulated claims management activities was conducted by the regulator. The audit report was received in October, and the business continues to be Regulated by the Claims Management Regulator in respect of regulated claims management activities. The audit provided an ideal opportunity for the company to evaluate its processes and documentation in relation to the mis-sold PPI claims that it handles. The new processes will ensure that the customer will benefit from a smoother experience which should reduce the time taken to resolve a claim, and make things clearer for the customer when using this service.
