1. How often do I get paid?
A. Invoice items are generated instantly in our online system. All Invoice items are generated every 7 days in the control panel.
On the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th of each month.
Example :

• All leads placed on the 1st to 7th get paid on the 21st.
• All leads generated on the 7th to the 14th get paid on 28th.
• All leads generated on the 14th to the 21st get paid on 7th of the following month.
• All leads generated on the 21st to the 28th get paid on 14th of the following month.

All invoices are paid promptly by cheque or bank transfer within 5 days.

2. How do I sign up?
A. This program is by appointment only and you would therefore need to complete the online questionnaire for approval. Proof of lead generation will be required.

3. How can you help me with marketing?
A. The best way we can help is by ensuring that the leads you generate are of the highest quality. It is for this reason that we will visit your offices or you can visit ours for html/php/SEO/PPC help. Lee and his team will set aside a great deal of time to work with you and help you to qualify your marketing and leads better.
We have an open door policy for both affiliates and merchants and will provide as much help to both parties as possible.

4. Can you provide me with marketing literature?
A. We can help to ensure that your marketing and advertising literature meets with the industry guidelines. We can also advise on ways and means of targeting specific groups or individuals.

5. Do you have a minimum required leads per month policy?
A. Unfortunately the answer is yes. This program only works if the affiliates generating leads are 100% committed to providing quality leads. We will not accept any individual or company into our program if they are not a proven lead generator of SEO/PPC generated leads. Minimum requirements of 50 x leads per month.

6. When do we find out if the lead has been accepted?
A. Simple, it's instantly accepted the second you generate it. A lead can only be over turned within 5 working days. Furthermore a lead can only be over turned for one of the 3 reasons listed.

1. Dead Number/s
2. Hoax Lead (Eg. No Joe Smith lives here.)
3. Lead details are totally incorrect. (Transcript or copy of assessment can be requested.)

Each of the 3 reasons will be thoroughly checked by "123 DS Team" before issuing the rejection.
