Pay per call

Pay per call is our way of helping affiliate sites look and feel more professional.
Our debt advisory centre is open 10am-9pm (Mon-Sat).
Our staff are trained case workers/call handlers and will do their very best to complete a brief assessment with the caller.
If the lead details are completed the enquiry generated will pay you an additional £15 per lead.

1. Do I pay for the call?
A. NO! We bear the 0800 monthly fees and call costs. You will NOT be charged a penny for this service.

2. Is there a minimum number of calls required?
A. NO! However we will monitor your call volumes and assess the value of the number of calls generated every quarter.

3. How do I know that it is my lead?
A. The number provided will be dedicated to your company/web site. Every call made to this number is allocated to you.

4. Do I get statistics of calls?
A. Yes! We will give you a separate control panel login to access all call records. (It's quite in-depth. Software is provided by our telecoms provider.)

5. Can I pick my 0800 number?
A. NO! We already own a list of numbers. (You can pick one from the list.)

6. How long does it take to set up?
A. Approx 3 working days.

7. How do I sign up for this service?
A. Within the control panel under the "My Account" tab you will see "Assign Freephone Number". Just follow the necessary steps and your number will be activated asap.
