Information For Applicants

We aim to respond to all applicants within 5 working days. If you have not heard from us within that time frame please assume your application has been unsuccessful.

All successful applicants will be invited to attend an interview where the process will include several short assessments followed by a one to one interview with one of our senior management. Candidates will then be invited back to a second interview where a different member of senior management will be present.

From this point you will hear back from us within 48 hours with a decision. A formal job offer will follow should you be successful.

Location

123 Debt Solutions Ltd are based on Wavertree Technology Park, Wavertree, Liverpool. Approximately 3 miles from the town centre we are easily accessible via all forms of transport. Wavertree Technology Park Train Station is a short five minute walk from our offices. We are also approximately a five minute drive from the M62 situated just off Edge Lane which is also on most major bus routes to and from the town centre.

Client Liaison Officer [£18,000 per annum]Client Liaison
Working in a heavily regulated and compliant environment, a Client Liaison Officer is expected to resolve and process inbound customer enquiries, identify and understand customer needs and provide a consistently high quality service. They are also expected to provide excellent customer service to clients whilst ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Creditor Liaison Officer [£18,000 per annum]Creditor Liaison
Working in a heavily regulated and compliant environment, a Creditor Liaison Officer is expected to identify, investigate and resolve any outstanding issues with the clients' creditors. A Creditor Liaison Officer must always provide excellent customer service whilst liaising with both existing clients and creditors, and bring a professional approach to the role whilst ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Review Team Member [£18,000 per annum]Client Review Team
We are now looking to recruit experienced candidates from a Customer Service background to join our Client Review Team.
Quality Assurance Officer [£15,000 per annum]
Working within the Compliance Departments Quality Assurance Team you will be responsible for working in line with the company's compliance monitoring programme, specifically call monitoring providing essential reporting to the compliance manager for corrective action.
Insolvency Manager [£25,000 per annum]Insolvency
Oversee the daily functions of the department whilst ensuring workload is allocated accordingly and completed in a timely and competent manner. You must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst using your own initiative.
