Position: Client Liaison Officer

123 Debt Solutions Ltd are an established privately owned financial solutions provider based in Liverpool, Merseyside employing 85 staff responsible for the management in excess of £150 million worth of consumer debt.

The Role

We are looking to recruit experienced candidates to join our Client Liaison Team.

Working in a fast paced environment you will be expected to liaise with existing clients dealing with a number of varying enquiries relating to their Debt Management Plans.

You will be required to work a 43 hour week Monday to Saturday working a minimum of two Saturdays per month. You will work a mixture of shifts dictated to you by your line manager between the hours of 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10:30pm to 5pm Saturdays.

Main Duties including but not limited to:

  • Making outbound calls. Taking inbound calls, emails or messages. Dealing with a variety of customer service and finance related issues
  • Accurate recording of information onto a live system
  • Resolve customer enquiries (oral and written) based on competent working knowledge
  • Query handling in response to customer requests with the support of clear information and processes
  • Process changes in client/customer records in response to appropriately authorised requests
  • Ensuring a professional service is offered at all times
  • Identify and implement process improvements in immediate area of work responsibly in order to improve customer service
  • Ensuring the role is carried out in accordance with all company policies and procedures and in accordance with regulatory rules

What can you expect?

For this role 123 Debt Solutions Ltd are willing to offer £18,000 per annum plus bonuses with an additional £3,000 per annum travel allowance for candidates residing outside of the Merseyside area.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years experience of working within the Debt Solution Industry and must have worked within the industry since April 1st 2014.

Experience of working in a regulated environment and knowledge of Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
