123 Debt Solutions Ltd are an established privately owned financial solutions provider based in Liverpool, Merseyside employing 85 staff responsible for the management in excess of £150 million worth of consumer debt.

The Role

We are now looking to recruit experienced candidates from a Customer Service background to join our Client Review Team.

Working in a fast paced environment you will be expected to perform annual reviews on existing clients which will include a thorough Income and Expenditure and investigation into the client's current situation. Working closely with the Advisory Team you will advise the client of all suitable solutions available to them based on their current circumstances and transfer or signpost the client accordingly.

Working in a heavily regulated environment you will be expected to work in line with the company's Compliance Monitoring Programme adhering to best practice advice at all times.

What can you expect?

For this role 123 Debt Solutions Ltd are willing to offer £18,000 per annum plus bonuses.

You will be required to work a 43 hour week Monday to Saturday working a minimum of two Saturdays per month. You will work a mixture of shifts dictated to you by your line manager between the hours of 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10:30pm to 5pm Saturdays.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience of working in Customer Services.

Experience of working in a regulated environment and knowledge of Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
