Position: Quality Assurance Officer

123 Debt Solutions Ltd are an established privately owned financial solutions provider based in Liverpool, Merseyside employing 85 staff responsible for the management in excess of £150 million worth of consumer debt.

The Role

Working within the Compliance Departments Quality Assurance Team you will be responsible for working in line with the company's compliance monitoring programme, specifically call monitoring providing essential reporting to the compliance manager for corrective action.

Main Duties including but not limited to:

  • Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
  • Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to the Senior Management Team
  • Track the performance at both department and individual advisor levels
  • Provides assistance to team leaders and senior managers where required
  • Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call centre staff
  • Provides feedback to team leaders and senior managers
  • Prepares and analyzes internal reports for management staff review
  • Identify customer detriment, and where applicable, set and follow up on remedial tasks

What can you expect?

For this role 123 Debt Solutions Ltd are willing to offer £15,000 per annum.

You will be required to work a 40 hour week Monday to Friday.

You will work a mixture of shifts dictated to you by your line manager between the hours of 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday.

The Person

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of 123 debt solutions customer care processes
  • In depth knowledge of debt solution eligibility criteria
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Dedication that all clients are treated in line with FCA Principles and TCF Outcomes

The officer will be expected to listen to a high number of calls each day and grade them in line with company policies and FCA regulatory requirements. It is essential that the officer can maintain an objective mindset and not be swayed by the opinion of others.
